Job Summary
Explain treatment procedures and equipment to patients, set BiPAP and CPAP machines to prescribed settings, and properly fit and maintain masks. Monitor machine usage, report data to insurance companies, and communicate client feedback to other departments. Maintain HIPAA compliance, manage time effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision. This role requires a state-licensed Respiratory Therapist with DME experience in New Hampshire, offering competitive hourly pay of $28–$32. Shifts are assigned on a PRN basis based on patient volume, with flexible availability including evenings or weekends. A valid driver's license and background check are required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from a CoARC-accredited respiratory therapy program
- State licensed Respiratory Therapist in the State of New Hampshire
- DME experience related to CPAP and BiPAP therapy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in operating computers and webcam-based communication
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible, on-call hours, including some evenings or weekends as patient needs arise
- Valid driver's license
- Healthcare exclusion verification
