Respiratory Therapist PRN

Provide respiratory care per physician orders, including monitoring mechanical ventilation, administering medications, and conducting patient assessment. Interpret hemodynamic monitoring data and blood work results to guide care; educate and train team members and patients. Requires current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist and BLS certification from AHA/Red Cross. Hospital experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and time-management skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment are essential.
