Job Summary
Evaluate patients and recommend appropriate treatment plans while providing respiratory care for critical and complex medical and surgical conditions. Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes, promote continuous quality improvement, and teach or counsel patients and families. This per diem day shift role at Select Specialty Hospital Boardman involves 12-hour shifts with pay of $39.00 per hour, including shift differentials for nights and weekends. Candidates must hold an active CRT or RRT credential, current state licensure, and ACLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent
- Proof of graduation: college transcript/diploma or high school transcript/diploma or GED
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date
- Current state licensure
- ACLS upon hire (Agency RT must have ACLS upon first shift)
- Day Shift (12-Hour Shifts) PRN / As Needed
