Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist role delivering pediatric home health services with responsibilities including initial patient assessments across physical, functional, social and environmental needs; equipment setup; patient/family/caregiver education; development and revision of care plans; documentation adherence to policy; participation in care conferences and daily care coordination; on-call duties with leadership-directed scheduling; schedule patient visits per follow-up policy; requires NBRC-CRT and BLS; 1-2 years pediatric experience; sign-on bonus of $3,000; location: Madison/Milwaukee, WI, with hours Monday–Friday 8am–5pm and on-call weekends as determined.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by The National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- One to two years of pediatric experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- Preferred Qualifications: Neonatal & Pediatric Specialist (NPS)
