Respiratory Therapist

Conduct initial patient assessments covering physical, functional, social, and environmental needs while performing equipment setup and patient/family education. Develop and review patient-specific care plans based on assessments, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately per policy. Coordinate services among clinical teams, participate in care conferences, and schedule patient visits according to follow-up guidelines. Troubleshoot daily clinical issues, analyze problems, formulate solutions, and manage on-call activities as determined by leadership.
