Job Summary
Provide respiratory care services under the supervision of the Respiratory Care Medical Director and Respiratory Supervisor in accordance with physician orders, department policies, and procedures. Perform assigned duties including daily diagnostic imaging coverage and patient monitoring. Maintain current State of Texas Respiratory Therapist Licensure (RRT or CRT), BLS certification, and required ACLS/PALS certifications within six months of hire. Work the 6pm to 6am night shift at this short-term acute care hospital in Paris, Texas, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for an 18-month commitment. Effective communication in English is essential for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Current State of Texas Respiratory Therapist Licensure (RRT or CRT)
- Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy
- BLS Certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
