Job Summary
Conduct patient assessments, perform general respiratory care and critical care procedures in adult care areas, and execute blood gas analysis. Maintain and manage all respiratory equipment while providing patient education. Hold RRT, BCLS, and ACLS certifications upon hire, with PALS required within 60 days. This role operates at Piedmont Newnan Hospital and requires an Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences
- RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist
- Licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
