Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist needed for night shift (7P-7A) at Birchwood Park Rehabilitation and Nursing. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for the cardiopulmonary system in adults, selecting and administering appropriate care, and maintaining a caring relationship while recognizing personal limits and seeking resources as needed. Qualifications include an Associate's Degree, 1 year of experience, VA Respiratory Care Practitioner License, NBRC credentials (RRT, RRT-NPS, CPFT, RPFT) current, BLS for Healthcare Providers, PALS certification, and CPT certification within 6 months for Pulmonary Function Lab. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy.
