Job Summary
Conduct patient assessments, perform general and critical care respiratory procedures, and provide respiratory care for newborns in Labor and Delivery. Interpret blood gas analysis, maintain and manage equipment, and deliver patient and family education across adult and neonatal areas. Requires an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences and RRT licensure, along with BCLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications. Works nights in the NICU at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences
- Previous Working Experience in Neonatal Respiratory care
- RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care and licensed by the State Board of Medical Examiners
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
