Respiratory Therapist - New Grad - All Locations

Respiratory Therapist providing respiratory care treatment, oxygen services, diagnostic testing and ventilation support to patients ranging from neonatal to geriatric in-patients and out-patients. Responsibilities include monitoring and weaning Oxygen Therapy and artificial ventilation, drawing and analyzing arterial blood gases and EKGs, assisting with artificial airway management, and delivering services as ordered by a physician per established policies. Requires Associate's Degree, current state license, NBRC CRT credential, BLS, and timely ACLS/PALSNRP where applicable; emphasizes patient education, documentation, and maintaining certifications, with duties that may evolve as needed. The role entails performing routine and advanced therapeutic procedures, documenting clinical information, educating patients and coworkers, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
