Job Summary
Provide routine respiratory therapy, including trach care, ventilator management, and high flow humidification. Ensure resident care quality meets standards while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. Demonstrate flexibility to adjust to changing resident needs and exhibit courtesy and respect toward residents, families, and co-workers. Promote resident independence through praise and encouragement while showing leadership abilities to foster high performance. Requires Indiana licensure as a Respiratory Therapist or RN, one year of clinical experience, and current BLS CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed in the state of Indiana as a Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist or Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current BLS CPR certification
- Must display good emotional health and be capable of extended periods of standing, bending and heavy lifting
- Must show knowledge and understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Ability to maintain professional attitude, including such areas as confidentiality, concern for all people, cooperativeness and conscientious use of time
