Respiratory Therapist Lead

Assess patients' pulmonary status, develop care plans with physicians and nurses, and deliver respiratory interventions including intubation, extubation, and ventilated patient management. Perform ABG processing, cardiac monitoring, and life support measures while managing transport and emergency responses. Collaborate daily with the multidisciplinary team to refine treatment plans, reduce length of stay, and guide discharge planning. Document all interventions accurately and contribute to teaching records and quality monitoring processes. Orient new associates and mentor team members to advance clinical skills.
