Job Summary
Conduct respiratory care services for patients in a 172-bed, full-service hospital setting in Suffolk, VA. Provide patient-centered care across orthopedic, medical, surgical, and heart and vascular units. Maintain state respiratory license, NBRC RRT, and BLS certifications required at hire. Full-time day shift position with up to $20,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Join a Magnet hospital recognized as a Primary Stroke Center and Best Hospitals provider for over 15 years.
Required Qualifications
- Education Associates or Bachelor's degree
- State Respiratory license
- NBRC RRT
- BLS
- Non degreed applicants with RRT credentials prior to January 1, 2006
- Graduates from a military RT program with RRT credentials
- For new graduates only: State license and BLS at time of hire
- For new graduates only: obtain NBRC RRT within 6 months of hire date
