Respiratory Therapist II (RRT) - Super Pool

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory plans of care for patients and their support systems while collaborating with physicians and team members. Manage and provide care in accordance with current policies and procedures, utilizing best scientific evidence and compassion to promote optimal health or a comforting peaceful death. Train and remain available to work in at least three Novant Health acute respiratory care locations within your established region. Requires one year of experience, current RCP licensure, and an associate or bachelor's degree.
