Respiratory Therapist II (RRT) - PT Night Shift

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory plans of care for patients and their support systems while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team. Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey, accepting full responsibility for care management and provision in accordance with current policies and procedures. Maintain current RCP licensure and RRT credential, obtaining the latter within twelve months of hire if newly graduated from an accredited program. This role supports Novant Health's mission to promote optimal health or provide a comforting peaceful death through authentic, personalized relationships.
