Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory plans of care for patients and their support systems while collaborating with physicians and team members. Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey or end-of-life care. Accept full responsibility, authority, and accountability for the management and provision of care in accordance with current Novant Health policies and procedures. Requires current RCP licensure, associate degree, and high school diploma or GED.
