Respiratory Therapist II (RRT) CH NF

The Respiratory Therapist II will provide advanced respiratory care in critical care settings with ventilator management, airway procedures, ABG analysis, and patient/family education. Core duties include medication administration, aerosolized therapy, weaning and monitoring of ventilators, arterial blood gas sampling, and collaboration with the health care team. The role involves teaching and mentoring new employees and students, maintaining patient safety and compliance with policies, and contributing to quality improvement.
