Respiratory Therapist II (RRT) CH NF

Respiratory Therapist II in a critical care setting with ventilator management, bronchial hygiene, and comprehensive respiratory care. Responsibilities include medication administration, ABG collection/analysis, patient and family education, staff precepting, and coordination of care with the health care team. Requires high level of independent decision-making, with emphasis on ventilator management, invasive/non-invasive procedures, and adherence to safety and quality initiatives. Night shift based in Cincinnati, OH, with a focus on evidence-based practice, teamwork, and professional development. Requires BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, NBRC-RRT, and RCP certifications; 0-2 years of clinical experience preferred and a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy.
