Respiratory Therapist II, PT Nights - NICU

Part-time Respiratory Therapist II in NICU at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital (Night shift, 24 hrs/week). The RT II delivers patient care in complex, critical care settings with ventilator management, aerosolized medication administration, airway management, ABG sampling/analysis, and education for patients, families, and staff. Responsibilities include documenting care, coordinating with the healthcare team, mentoring students and new staff, participating in quality improvement, and promoting safety and evidence-based practice. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program, AS degree (Bachelor's preferred), 0-2 years of clinical experience with a focus on critical care, and active licensure/certifications including RRT, RCP, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (with instructor/provisional where applicable).
