Job Summary
Provide direct patient respiratory care on a third-shift PRN basis at Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk, VA. Manage airway interventions, ventilator support, and oxygen therapy for medical, surgical, and orthopedic patients across the hospital's 172-bed facility. Maintain compliance with state licensure and NBRC RRT certification requirements while supporting the hospital's specialized services in heart, vascular, and spine care.
Required Qualifications
- Education Associates or Bachelor's degree
- State Respiratory license
- NBRC RRT
- BLS
- RRT credentials prior to January 1, 2006
- graduates from a military RT program with RRT credentials
- State license
- BLS
- obtain NBRC RRT within 6 months of hire date
