Job Summary
Conduct advanced respiratory care in nine specialized ICUs, including burns, neuro, vascular, cardiac, and general medicine units. Manage high-acuity patients using RT-driven protocols such as esophageal balloon-guided ventilation, APRV, and volumetric diffusive respiration. Monitor ventilator indices to reduce ventilator-induced lung injury while collaborating with nurses and physicians. Perform duties in a Level I trauma center environment with access to the region's only hospital-based air ambulance. Work a full-time day shift with self-scheduling options to support work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree
- State Respiratory license
- NBRC RRT
- BLS
- State license and BLS at time of hire
- obtain NBRC RRT within 6 months of hire date

- 1 year Respiratory Care experience
