Job Summary
Set patients on CPAP, BIPAP, and NHV therapy in offices and homes, while conducting ventilation checks and oxygen titration for patients on conserving devices. Provide thorough instruction on equipment use and respiratory disease management, then schedule all patient setups, follow-ups, and mask refits. Enter patient data into the CPAP compliance tracking program and maintain detailed call logs of all communications and appointments. Work with neonatal to adult patients on ventilators, performing monthly service checks while coordinating with local hospitals and referrals.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
- Respiratory Therapist license in the corresponding state
- Valid and clean driver's license
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Motivated with a goal of becoming a long-term asset within the organization
