Job Summary
Perform routine home visits to conduct patient assessments, check mechanical ventilation equipment, and manage electronic documentation on an iPad. Coordinate care with physicians, discharge planners, and case managers while collaborating with delivery staff to ensure patients receive necessary medical supplies. Maintain independent practice with strong time management skills to handle records and data entry. This full-time role includes a company vehicle, gas card, and smart phone, with a starting salary of $70,000 plus a $5,000 signing bonus. Schedule is Monday through Friday with on-call availability for nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care in North Carolina
- Licensed through the State as a Respiratory Therapist
- Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
- Knowledge of modern principles, methods, materials, and equipment
- Knowledge of possible hazards to patients and appropriate precautions
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage records, complete necessary electronic documentation, and perform patient assessments
- 1-2 years' hospital experience
- Ability to perform data entry into the company software utilizing an iPad
- Monday to Friday with availability for on-call rotation (nights and weekends)

- License/Certification: RRT (Required)
