Job Summary
Perform direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care according to physician's orders. Consult physicians on therapy effectiveness and act as an advanced resource for nursing teams. Deliver duties as assigned using appropriate respiratory care devices. Requires current RCP license, RRT or CRT credential, and one year of experience. Offers $35/hr for RRT or $30/hr for CRT with variable shift incentives. Flexible day or night shifts available in 4, 8, or 12-hour blocks with no weekend or holiday requirements. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of CoArc approved Respiratory Care program
- Meets state licensure requirements
- Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respirapist (CRT) credential awarded by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- PALS certification for co-workers who work in the Emergency Room
- ACLS certification
- One year of experience, not to include time on orientation
- Ability to push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pinch up to 10 lbs
- Ability to kneel, crouch, and crawl
