Job Summary
Evaluate patients and recommend appropriate treatment plans for critical and complex medical and surgical conditions. Provide respiratory care while performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes. Promote continuous quality improvement and teach or counsel patients and families. Join a team of over 44,000 committed to exceptional inpatient post-ICU services at Select Specialty Hospital in St. Louis. Full-time day or night shifts (6:30–7) with competitive differentials, ranging from $35 to $47.50 hourly, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date
- Current state licensure
- ACLS
- Full-Time Day or Night 6:30-7 schedule
- Compensation of $35-$47.50 based on years of experience
- Competitive shift differentials for nights $5 and weekends $3.50
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 NO COMMITMENT/REPAYMENT
Desired Qualifications
- College transcript/diploma (preferred)
- High school transcript/diploma or GED (preferred)
