Job Summary
Evaluate patients and recommend treatment plans while providing respiratory care for critical and complex medical and surgical conditions. Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes and promote continuous quality improvement. Teach and counsel patients and families throughout their recovery journey. This full-time night shift position requires an active CRT or RRT credential, current state licensure, and BLS certification. The hospital offers a comprehensive orientation program, tuition reimbursement, and a clinical ladder for career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year of related experience
- AZ RT license
- Active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent
- Proof of graduation: college transcript/diploma or high school transcript/diploma or GED
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date
- Current state licensure
- ACLS within 6 months of hire
- Agency RT must have ACLS upon first shift
- PRN staff must have ACLS upon hire
