Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist for Mercy South in Troy, IL, full-time days (36 hours/week) with a $20,000 RRT bonus. Performs direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care per physician orders, collaborates with physicians and nursing staff, and serves as an advanced resource for respiratory care. Will train on and be assigned to the NICU on a rotating basis. Requires graduation from a CoARC-approved Respiratory Care program, current RCP licensure, NBRC RRT credential, and PALS for ER; ACLS preferred. Physical demands include lifting and mobility. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of CoARC approved Respiratory Care program
- Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC
- PALS required for Emergency Room personnel
