Job Summary
Function as a clinical consultant delivering extensive respiratory care practices throughout the hospital, providing all aspects of invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation. Monitor and manage patients with artificial airways while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in Critical Care, Women & Children's & NICU Unit, Emergency/Trauma, and general care areas. No call requirements apply to this full-time day shift role.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a CoARC approved Respiratory Therapy Program
- CRT credential with requirement to acquire RRT credential within 6 months
- NH RCP License
- AHA BLS
- NRP within 90 days
- Age specific criteria
- Training in at least two age populations
- Basic computer skills
- Assessment skills
- Diagnostic skills
- Therapeutic skills
- Arterial Puncture
- Mechanical Ventilation
- Critical Thinking Skills
- Good communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- 1 years of acute care hospital clinical and diagnostic experience
- Bachelors degree from an advanced level education program
- Training experience in multiple age populations
- Advanced assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic skills

- Intubation skills
- ACLS
