Job Summary
Evaluate patients and recommend treatment plans, providing respiratory care for critical and complex medical and surgical conditions. Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes while promoting continuous quality improvement. Teach and counsel patients and families on care plans. This role requires an active CRT or RRT credential, current state licensure, and BLS certification. ACLS is mandatory within six months of hire. Full-time day shifts include a 12-hour schedule with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Join a team dedicated to inpatient post-ICU recovery services.
Required Qualifications
- Active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent
- Proof of graduation: college transcript/diploma or high school transcript/diploma or GED
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date
- Current state licensure
- ACLS within 6 months of hire (Agency RT must have ACLS upon first shift, PRN staff must have ACLS upon hire)
