Respiratory Therapist

Respiratory Therapist position within Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation team. Provide direct patient care using respiratory therapy modalities and medications, supervise breathing treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans to target recovery goals. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful rehabilitation. Utilize advanced equipment and technology within a collaborative team to deliver compassionate care, contribute to patient rehabilitation and well-being, and participate in ongoing professional development and education. ACLS certification is preferred and prior hospital experience is valued.
