Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care utilizing respiratory therapy protocols and best practices to promote optimized outcomes. Partner with a multidisciplinary team while managing ventilator integration, adaptive pulmonary support, and airway management across multiple levels of care in a technologically complex clinical setting. Maintain current RRT licensure and BLS certification, with additional ACLS, PALS, or NRP training as assignment requires. Earn a 3-year incentive bonus and receive tuition reimbursement for specific degrees or up to $10,000 annually for other programs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- State licensure if required by law
- BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer
