Respiratory Therapist - Day Shift - 10K Sign-on Bonus

The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) provides routine respiratory care procedures under physician direction and Respiratory Care Clinical Team Manager supervision, including updrafts, metered dose inhalers, chest physiotherapy, arterial blood gases, incentive spirometry, and ventilator setup/management. Responsibilities also include patient education, assisting in codes and rapid responses, moving equipment and supplies as needed, documenting treatment notes in the electronic chart, and performing additional duties as assigned. Candidates must have a high school diploma with 2 years direct respiratory care experience or an Associate's degree in Respiratory Care, be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), and hold a current Arkansas LRCP license.
