Job Summary
Provide respiratory care treatments and services including oxygen delivery, ventilation support (invasive and non-invasive), bronchial hygiene, lung expansion, spirometry testing, and blood gas analysis; operate and monitor respiratory care equipment; assess physical, psychosocial, spiritual & cultural needs and document appropriately; collaborate with physicians and interdepartmental teams; employ therapeutic communication and problem solving; respond to CPR and resuscitation efforts; review orders and EMR to ensure workflow efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Respiratory Therapist
- Ability to work with patients of all ages (neonatal to geriatrics)
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of respiratory care equipment and its clinical application
