Job Summary
Assess, treat, and control cardiopulmonary deficiencies and abnormalities for patients while consulting with physicians. Provide consultation, instruction, and technical direction to medical, nursing, and other staff members. Maintain patient confidentiality and enforce accepted safety practices, reporting hazards and participating in safety instructional programs. Requires current Alabama Respiratory Therapist License, BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certification, and two years of hospital experience. DRMC offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for this full-time first-shift role.
