Respiratory Therapist

Conduct initial patient assessments for pediatric respiratory needs and develop individualized care plans based on physical, functional, and environmental requirements. Perform equipment setup, coordinate services across clinical teams, and schedule patient visits per policy. Review and revise care plans regularly, ensure accurate documentation within set timeframes, and participate in care conferences. Troubleshoot daily patient issues, analyze problems, formulate solutions, and manage on-call activities as determined by leadership. Attend department meetings as necessary.
