Job Summary
As a Respiratory Therapist at Encompass Health, you will provide direct care for patients requiring respiratory therapy modalities, overseen care planning and patient assessments, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation and recovery in an inpatient setting. You will utilize medical gases, breathing treatments, and medications as part of tailored care plans, build relationships with patients to support their physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented environment with comprehensive benefits. Qualifications include a current state Respiratory Therapy license and CPR certification; ACLS is preferred, with a preference for two years of hospital experience.
