Respiratory Therapist

Administer respiratory therapy treatments including oxygen, aerosol, and airway management while managing ventilators, BiPAP, and high-flow systems. Perform pulmonary diagnostics such as ABGs and PFTs, implement patient-specific care plans, and document in the EMR. Respond to code blue and rapid response events, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes. May serve as Lead RCP during assigned shifts. Requires RRT certification and current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certificates. Full-time night shifts with a 36-hour schedule; relocation assistance available for candidates moving from outside Illinois. Competitive pay range of $37.00 to $49.80 per hour with a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
