Respiratory Therapist

Administer respiratory therapy treatments including oxygen, aerosol, and airway management while managing ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and high-flow oxygen systems. Perform pulmonary diagnostics such as ABGs and PFTs, implement patient-specific care plans, and document all activities in the EMR. Respond to code blue and rapid response events, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and may serve as Lead RCP during shifts. Work in a high-acuity, critical care environment with a 36-hour (3x12-hour) schedule, earning $1,332–$1,792.80 weekly plus shift differentials and a $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates relocating to the Chicago Metro Area.
