Respiratory Therapist

Administer respiratory therapy treatments including oxygen, aerosol, and airway management while managing ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and high-flow systems. Perform pulmonary diagnostics such as ABGs and PFTs, implement patient-specific respiratory care plans, and document care in the EMR. Respond to code blue and rapid response events, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support outcomes. You may serve as a Lead RCP during assigned shifts in a high-acuity critical care environment. This role offers a 36-hour (3x12-hour) schedule with competitive pay ranging from $37.00 to $49.80 per hour, including shift differentials and a $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates relocating to the Chicago Metro Area.
