Job Summary
Direct respiratory care to a skilled nursing and rehab population as the on-the-floor respiratory therapy lead. Manage a daily caseload, perform assessments and treatments, document in PCC, and coordinate with the IDT while communicating status changes to nursing leadership and physicians. Requires CRT/RRT, an associate degree or higher, and strong collaboration, with rotating weekends and full-time schedule in a Stellar Senior Living facility in Littleton, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Active CRT or RRT credential — Colorado-authorized, unencumbered
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Minimum 1 year of respiratory experience in a skilled nursing or acute care setting
- Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- Working knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) — required, not a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to function effectively in an IDT model
