Job Summary
Provides direct patient care with home respiratory equipment and supports a broad range of DME activities. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and on-site home visits for non-invasive patient care, coordinating infection control processes, educating customers about equipment and insurance responsibilities, handling intake and billing paperwork, maintaining documentation, and ensuring quality control of high-risk home-use respiratory devices in both home and office settings. Works under the HMR Manager/RT Director to meet department goals and adhere to standards of excellence, including after-hours call support and compliance with corporate policies.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an AMA accredited Respiratory School
- Licensure: Wyoming Respiratory Care Practitioner License
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of related experience preferred.
- Certifications: CPR policy; ACLS/PALS/NRP optional
