Job Summary
Perform cardio-pulmonary evaluations, EKGs, and respiratory therapy treatment techniques, including arterial punctures at radial, brachial, and femoral sites after appropriate certification. Educate patients and families on conditions and disease management while carrying out decontamination and maintenance of all equipment. Requires current and valid NYS Respiratory Therapy unrestricted licensure, RRT certification or eligibility, and BLS/ACLS certification. Compensation is a competitive hourly rate of $36.73 - $40.75 based on experience. Required Qualifications
- AAS Respiratory Therapy
- Current and Valid NYS Respiratory Therapy unrestricted licensure/registration
- (RRT) Registered Respiratory Therapist Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician or eligible to take the Registry Exam
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
