Respiratory Therapist (Adult) - Graduating Students

Set up and manage mechanical ventilation, provide emergency care, and assist with cardiopulmonary resuscitation and intubations while monitoring physiological responses to therapy. Administer respiratory care and life support to patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies under the supervision of the Medical Director and Department Director. Educate patients and families about their conditions and teach appropriate disease management techniques. This role includes a sign-on bonus of $20,000 for those with less than one year of experience or $30,000 for those with more than one year of experience.
