Respiratory Therapist ($15k Sign-On Bonus)

Administer respiratory therapy treatments including oxygen, aerosol, and airway management while managing ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and high-flow oxygen systems. Perform pulmonary diagnostics such as ABGs and PFTs, implement patient-specific care plans, and document all activities in the EMR. Respond to code blue and rapid response events, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and may serve as a Lead RCP during assigned shifts. Work in a high-acuity critical care environment with a 36-hour (3x12-hour) schedule, earning $37.00 to $49.80 per hour. A state RCP license, RRT certification, and current BCLS are required.
