Job Summary
Perform inspection, cleaning, servicing, reassembly and testing of SCBA and respiratory equipment; document data and obtain customer signature for invoicing; assist in stocking, staging and loading orders; requires 1+ year field experience in relevant industry; valid driver’s license and ability to operateForklift; familiarity with safety equipment and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Associates degree strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license with proof of vehicle insurance
- Forklift certification (preferred)
- Experience in fire protection, petrochemical, oil refinery or related industry
- Ability to operate electronic safety equipment and understand production platform shutdowns
- Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA regulations
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems
- Ability to quote customer price and delivery for repair or replacement
