Respiratory Sales Representative

Job Summary
Field-based clinical sales role focused on promoting VieMed’s disease management program and respiratory products to hospital referral sources within the Baton Rouge territory. Build and maintain relationships with pulmonologists, hospitalists, critical care physicians, case managers, and social workers to drive adoption of home respiratory therapy services. Develop territory action plans, deliver educational presentations and in-services, ensure accurate billing/documentation, and meet sales quotas. Requires strong communication, strategic selling, and the ability to operate primarily in the field (80%+). Work hours typically 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Must have healthcare sales experience
- Proven relationships with Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Hospitalist physicians in the territory (required)
- Two+ years of healthcare sales experience from lead generation to closing (required)
- Two+ years of experience as a Clinical Liaison or similar role (preferred)
- Formal sales training preferred
- Current, valid driver’s license with clean record and own transportation (required)
- Clinical licensure preferred (RT/RRT/CRT/RCP/RN/LPN) (preferred)
