Job Summary
Provide patient care for adult medical patients using the nursing process, maintaining professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments while performing duties consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and service standards. Manage diverse medical needs including respiratory infections, cellulitis, diverticulitis, and pneumonia in a full-time, day shift role from 7:00am to 7:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Nursing Diploma
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
- Compact licensure in accordance with state board of nursing regulations
