Job Summary
Respiratory Practitioner II responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care, including diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures, monitoring ventilated patients, and assisting with airway management and transportation of ventilator-dependent patients in a HCA HealthONE Rose setting. Must hold NBRC-accredited RRT or CRT (if grandfathered), Colorado license, and current BLS; ACLS required, PALS/NRP preferred. Role involves administering oxygen and aerosol therapies, initiating and maintaining mechanical ventilation, responding to emergent situations, and ensuring airway integrity. Eligible for sign-on bonuses up to $15k (experienced) and up to $20k for pediatric respiratory therapy experience; comprehensive benefits offered.
Required Qualifications
- NBRC accredited RRT credential or CRT if grandfathered in
- Current Colorado Respiratory License
- Current BLS
- ACLS certifications through AHA or ARC is required
- PALS is preferred
- NRP is preferred
- Graduate of AMA-accredited Respiratory Therapist Program
- 6 months of previous experience
