Respiratory Nurse RN

Conduct respiratory care assessments, administer medications, and manage ventilator patients while documenting oxygen saturation and pulse ox readings. Provide clinical direction to staff, lead team conferences for care plans, and supervise the nursing unit including scheduling and disciplinary actions. Implement physician orders, coordinate therapy procedures, and ensure equipment maintenance and regulatory compliance. Interview applicants, resolve routine clinical problems, and complete monthly treatment records and TARs.
