Respiratory Nurse

Provide exceptional nursing care with a focus on respiratory health for seniors. Combine nursing expertise with specialized respiratory care to ensure high quality of life for residents. Duties include nursing care with empathy and respect, building meaningful connections with residents and families, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, following community policies and procedures, and providing leadership to care staff. Respiratory care duties include performing respiratory assessments and interventions, managing oxygen therapy and respiratory equipment, educating residents and families on respiratory health, and implementing and monitoring respiratory care plans.
